Hide elements value

Beware that for now, values are somehow inverted.

in order to display the element you set true, in order to hide, you set the value false.

Parameter lib	Parameter web	Description
hideElements.comments	hideComments	Allows to show or hide the Comment Form component default: "false" options: "false: \|\| "true"
