You can change the default "Text" and "Icon" used in payment method

Specific configuration parameters

Parameters lib	Parameters web	Description
payments.cash.text	paymentCashText	String which will be used as display text during the Cash payment method (optional)
payments.cash.icon	paymentCashIcon	String which will be used as display the icon during the Cash payment method, you should put a url as the parameter value (optional)
